Terms of use
The rules for using this website, and the company information we are required to publish. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement - nothing on this site replaces it.

2. What this website is
This site describes what we build and links to our products. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance: browsing it, reading a product page or writing to us creates no contract between us. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement setting out scope, price and terms.
3. Product listings, screenshots and previews
The catalogue on the home page shows products at different stages - live services, private previews, early access and experiments. The status shown on each card is accurate at the time of publication and can change without notice.
Screenshots are captured from the products' own pages and are illustrative. Figures shown inside a screenshot may come from a demonstration account rather than a live customer system.
Access to a product, demo or preview is granted at our discretion and is governed by that product's own terms and privacy information, not by this page. Availability, features and pricing of any product may change or be withdrawn.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website - text, layout, code, images, screenshots, the Etherneco name, logo and product names - belongs to Etherneco or is used with permission. You may read it, print it and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish it as your own, use it to train a competing product presentation, or reproduce it commercially without our written permission. Third-party names mentioned on this site belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, do not probe it for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent, do not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, and do not use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.
If you believe you have found a security problem, tell us at [email protected] before disclosing it publicly. We will respond.
6. External links
Links to our products and to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Once you leave www.etherneco.com you are subject to the terms and privacy information of the site you arrive at, and we are not responsible for its content.
7. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content is provided "as is": we give no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. If you use this website as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of your local law.
10. Contact and complaints
Write to [email protected]. We aim to respond to any complaint about this website within five working days. For personal data matters, see the privacy notice; for storage in your browser, see the cookie policy.
